How Can I Get Better Today?
The answer – Add Smoothies To Your Diet.
This does not have to do with weight loss. Will it help you lose weight, most definitely. I am down 82 lbs last time I checked and this has played a role. But the addition of the smoothie is to add great value to your longevity on this earth. All the items in this smoothie have been studied by the Molecular Scientist Chris Yeager of Mountain Brook, Al and proven to be great for brain health, gut health and fending off a lot of the aging factors that attach us. Trust me on this one. And did I say it tastes great. Here’s how to make the Yeager Bomb, my favorite to go to at lunch time.
I use the Ninja Auto IQ for blending. Can be found at your local Wal-Mart.
Greens go in first
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
Couple of heads of broccoli
3-4 baby carrots
1 cup or a little more of unsweet vanilla almond milk- SILK
A shake of turmeric
Blend for about 60 seconds, this should be like liquid- Like green water
Then I pour the greens into a cup and add my fruits
1/4 green banana- the greener the better
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
Tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
I then pour the greens- let it fill the cup
1 scoop protein powder- I prefer chocolate peanut butter, 100% Gold Standard WHEY
Blend it until it turns purple all the way to the top, maybe 30-45 seconds. Don’t overdo it or you will be
drinking it. You want it to be like a milkshake.
We use all frozen veggies and fruits. You may use fresh veggies but fruit needs to be frozen hence a
smoothie.
To make life more simple (automaticity), we bag our veggies and fruits in zip lock bags on Sunday and
freeze for a couple weeks at a time. I have a set up of everything needed at both home and work.
Automaticity – make it easy so its not hard and done automatically.
Thank me later.

PS. If you want a great dessert in the evening time, add the fruit above, leave the veggies out, use the
almond milk and exchange the peanut butter for vanilla light Greek Yogurt and use strawberry WHEY
instead of vanilla, DELICIOUS! I might or might not put a scoop of sugar free whipped cream on top.
