How Can I Get Better Today

The answer – Get your GREENS.

We often don’t bat an eye at spending money on many frivolous things like eating out or going
to the movies and buying $16 buckets of popcorn but when it comes to our health we want to
pinch pennies. Last time I checked, if we do not have our health we do not have anything. I
have never seen a Loomis truck following a hurst.

I am most certainly talking to myself first and have totally changed my habits as it relates to this.
I do the Athletic Greens, due to a lot of the people I follow use them. I am a big fan of the
President of the company Kat Cole, so I jumped on board 6/7 months ago. (Go to the Learning

Greens has 75 high quality vitamins, minerals, and whole food sourced nutrients, as well as
probiotics. This is the first thing I do when I get up in the morning.

You may ask, can you tell the difference?? I would say yes. Instilling a positive habit that I
know is adding great value to my health just starts my day off right. I suspect on my next check
up I will have numbers to back it up. It cost me 96ish dollars a month and I do not flinch when it
comes to paying it. I have made a choice to be more intentional about my health.

My wife does not do greens, and she can’t stand the taste of the Athletic Greens nor the look. (It
might be in her head, it might not be) So with her we take our greens in pill form. I am in a
Travel Club (for travel discounts) that has a healthcare line. So we purchased her greens from
our company. You can buy it at Wal-Mart or any other place like that as well. But the positive is
that she is getting the nutrition from the greens to help fuel her and add to her health.

Dont matter how you get them, just get them daily. Popeye was onto something a long time ago!
He would eat a can of spinach and become big and strong, lol.
